Description

The curing furnace is equipment used to shape and solidify rock wool products. After laying the cotton, the raw mat undergoes pleating and compression before being conveyed into the curing furnace. It is then compressed and shaped between upper and lower chain belts. A hot air circulation system evenly blows heated air into the furnace, solidifying the cotton mat. Features/Advantages: As the mat enters the curing oven, the mat layers are compressed and shaped between upper and lower mesh plates. Simultaneously, hot air is blown through the mat layers, causing the binder within to cure and form thicker, denser boards or mats.
