Description
The drum-type cotton collector is a device that uniformly spreads fibers produced by a four-roll centrifuge onto a mesh belt via a blowing system and suction system, forming a cotton mat. This mat is then conveyed at a specific angle to the next process. The pendulum (cotton stacker) receives the thin rock wool mat from the collector and transports it via two belt conveyors to the pendulum belt. Through the reciprocating motion of the pendulum belt, the rock wool felt is laid into a multi-layered, uniformly folded mat on the forming conveyor. It is then conveyed to the next process via the forming conveyor. Features/Advantages: Fibers are uniformly drawn onto the high-speed collecting belt by the negative pressure suction of the collector, forming a very thin primary mat. The primary mat is conveyed via a transfer conveyor into the pendulum machine. Under the pendulum belt's reciprocating motion, it forms a secondary mat with a multi-layered folded structure on the forming conveyor positioned at a 90-degree angle. The collection belt speed and pendulum machine parameters are adjusted according to different product requirements.
