Description

The rock wool board production line utilizes basalt, slag, dolomite, and other materials as primary raw ingredients. The production process employs an electronic metering fully automated feeding system to introduce raw materials into a sealed melting furnace for melting. After fiber formation via a four-roller centrifuge, an appropriate amount of binder is added. The mixture then passes through a fiber collector, a pendulum fiber distributor, creasing and pre-pressing machine before entering the curing furnace for board formation. The finished boards undergo cooling, cutting, scrap edge recovery, automatic stacking, and packaging to complete production.
