Description
Electric Furnace
An electric furnace is a device that utilizes electricity to melt raw materials. It comprises components such as an electric power voltage regulator and an automatic electrode lifting control system. During rock wool production, the furnace operates using a three-phase, three-electrode power supply at industrial frequency to heat the raw material melt through resistance heating.
Cupola Furnace
The cupola furnace comprises several components: a furnace body with a water-cooled jacket, a furnace bottom door with an opening mechanism, a bottom iron tapping spout with an opening mechanism, a blast air inlet with an air ring, a siphon flow outlet, an upper furnace body, a flue outlet, and a charging inlet. A single cupola furnace has a melting capacity of 5.3 tons per hour. It is equipped with an oxygen-enriched, high-temperature combustion air system and an exhaust gas treatment heat exchange system. Features/Advantages: Mature process technology, stable production.
